About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Laborer needed for one day a week for 4 hours, with the possibility of a full 8 hours per week or 4 hours over two days per week. The primary responsibility is to watch a building for fires due to a down fire suppressant system. This role does not require security licensing. The job involves general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Zero to four years of previous experience.
• Must have their own vehicle to drive around the site.
• Hard hat
• Steel toe boots
• Safety vest

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Watch the building for fires.
• Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and equipment operations.
• Assist in various activities.
• Conduct other duties and tasks as assigned.
