Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on our job sites. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and performing a variety of general labor tasks. Work Environment Continuum Environmental Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in delivering top-notch environmental solutions nationwide. In this role, you will work at various landfill sites, adapting to all weather conditions—from extreme heat and cold to rain and snow. We need professionals who are skilled in managing diverse environmental challenges and committed to high standards of service and sustainability. You will use advanced technology to address the unique needs of each site while prioritizing environmental stewardship. Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels.
- Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist.
- Ability to carry 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery.
- The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
- Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
