About The Position

FloHawks has an opportunity to make your way into a Tradesmen position with little to no experience! The Laborer will be responsible for assisting Pump Truck and Excavator Truck Operators, digging up septic tanks and lids, using a variety of hand tools, working on industrial cleaning jobs, placing pumps and equipment, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. This role also involves performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. The schedule is a 5-day work week starting at 8:00 AM, with 50+ hours per week and lots of overtime available. There is also an on-call rotation. The pay starts at $19.50/hr, with full annual compensation expected between $50k and $60k+ in the first year, including standard hours, overtime, and prevailing wage opportunities. Teamsters 313 Union benefits are provided, including a fully paid family medical plan and pension.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• A clean driving record
• Ability to pass the required DOT physical and drug screen
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift 50 to 150 pounds throughout the day
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime

Nice To Haves

• One or more years in a service-related role
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
