About The Position

We're hiring a Laborer to support our project teams on-site, keeping job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly across occupied, finished, and furnished luxury residences.
Requirements
- Experience operating in occupied, finished, and furnished luxury residences
- Familiarity with protection methodologies specific to luxury residences
- OSHA 10-Hour required
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold Certification
- Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and Silica Awareness (completed within 90 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of other trades' materials, tools, and machinery
- OSHA 30-Hour preferred
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain protection on job sites and in occupied luxury residences
- Keep the job site clean and orderly throughout the project
- Remove debris and trash, load dumpsters, and move materials on-site
- Sweep and mop as needed
- Move furniture, change light bulbs, and handle similar tasks as directed
- Load, unload, and distribute materials
- Perform basic demolition and general labor tasks
- Assist carpenters and other trades on-site
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Communicate clearly with the team via phone, email, and other tools
- Monitor subcontractors and site access
- Take on other duties as assigned
