Requirements
- Able to physically lift objects greater than 60lbs
- Speak fluent English
- US Citizenship/Naturalized citizen/Valid work visa
- Able to obtain access to USG military installation
- Able to complete OSHA 10
Responsibilities
- Construction site clean-up
- Office Clean-up
- Project site final cleaning. (Cleaning includes but is not limited to: construction material removal and organization, removal of construction material overspray/splash/slop, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning)
- Installs/establish construction site infrastructure: set fire extinguishers, install site warning signs, set garbage cans, install Ram board.
- Occasionally repair/remediate architectural finishes adjacent to construction site entrances.
- Maintains job site cleanliness for multiple simultaneous projects.
