We’re looking for reliable people to join our L andscaping La borer team. You don’t need any experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch. Just bring a good attitude and be ready to learn.

Requirements

• Follows safety rules and wears proper protective gear at all times.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Involves repetitive motions such as raking, shoveling, trimming, and pushing landscaping equipment.
• Requires sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform detailed tasks.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• May involve exposure to dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscaping materials or chemicals.
• Requires visual acuity to inspect work quality, identify hazards, and ensure safety compliance.
• Must be able to hear and respond to verbal instructions, equipment sounds, and environmental cues.
• Involves navigating uneven terrain, slopes, and potentially slippery or muddy surfaces.
• May require wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and boots.

Responsibilities

• Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
• Weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
• Blowing off walkways, clearing any debris, and making sure everything looks polished.
• Reloading tools, cleaning up the work area, and communicating any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.
• Helping to unload, clean up, and prep for the next day upon returning to the office.
