Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous concrete or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
- Work on the batch plant side assisting with daily operations
- Clean and maintain plant grounds, including grass and gravel areas
- Wash and clean trucks and concrete mixers
- Assist with general labor tasks around the plant
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
