About The Position
The role of the Laborer is to support field crews in delivering high-quality residential construction by performing physical tasks safely, efficiently, and with a professional attitude.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Accountable / Trustworthy.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Job sites are consistently clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with company standards.
- Safety gear and supplies are stocked and accessible on all active job sites.
- Materials and supplies are picked up and delivered accurately and on time when runs are required.
- Non-skilled tasks assigned by the Project Manager, Production Coordinator, or senior field staff are completed promptly and without the need for follow-up.
