About The Position

Labelink USA is looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Laborer. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping a clean and organized work environment, we’d love to hear from you! This role provides hands-on support to the production team and helps keep the press area clean, organized, and ready for production.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn and take on changing responsibilities as production needs require.
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized press area.
Clean ink reservoirs, press parts, and tools and stage them for the next job.
Mix and distribute adhesive and cleaning supplies to the presses.
Assist press operators at the end of presses and with hand-packing specialty jobs.
Support weekly and monthly cleaning activities throughout the facility.
Perform general housekeeping and other production support duties as needed.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
