About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on our job sites. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and performing a variety of general labor tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels.
• Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist.
• Ability to carry 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery.
• The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
• Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
