About The Position
Kier Management is looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves Laborer to help keep our properties in top shape across Layton and Ogden, Utah. You'll be out in the field, part of a tight-knit maintenance team, making a real impact every day. This is physical work-you'll be lifting, moving, bending, and working outdoors. You'll see all seasons-sun, snow, and everything in between. Some days are straightforward... others keep you on your toes.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the move)
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others-or independently when needed
- Willingness to learn, pitch in, and adapt when plans change
- A strong sense of responsibility and showing up ready to work
Nice To Haves
- You're not stuck in one place-travel between properties keeps things moving
- You'll learn real maintenance skills (great stepping stone if you want to grow in the field)

Responsibilities
- Team up on apartment trash-outs
- Keep grounds looking sharp-clean, maintained, and ready to impress
- Support Maintenance Techs with tools, tasks, and whatever the day throws at you
- Jump in on minor repairs and general upkeep
- Help tackle snow removal and seasonal projects (Utah weather keeps things interesting)
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized
- Show up to trainings/meetings and follow safety guidelines like a pro
