Requirements

• Valid Twic Badge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Assist with construction and maintenance projects
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and other hazards
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
