The Laborer position will support metal fabrication processes.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Capable of reading and writing to communicate effectively with associates.
  • Ability to speak clearly and follow instructions.
  • Capable of confidently and accurately reading a tape measure.
  • Capable of using power tools.
  • Ability to perform carpentry tasks to build equipment wood packaging.
  • Willingness to learn operation of sandblast equipment and paint booth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group / team environment.
  • Capable of lifting equipment up to 75 lbs.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Clean drug test

Responsibilities

  • Work with associates to fabricate air and water pollution control systems under the direction of the Production Manager with a focus on safety, accuracy, compliance and schedule.
  • Load and unload material and equipment deliveries
  • Process metal raw materials for welders. Processing includes cutting, machining, bending, sandblasting, painting
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
