About The Position
This is a temporary to full-time position on the 1st shift, located on the near west side of Indianapolis in Park Fletcher. The pay rate is $16/hour, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2 pm. Safety glasses, side shields for glasses, and ear plugs will be provided. Steel toe boots are required.

Responsibilities
- Feeder: Check to make sure you have the right material to feed the assembly line.
- Responsible for loading materials on the assembly line.
- Product weighs less than 20 pounds.
- Sorting through small inserts or sheets, fanning them out before placing them into the machine.
- Identifying quality issues.
- Catcher: Catching the glued boxes as it is coming off the assembly line.
- Packing smaller boxes into another box.
- Taking samples of completed product to conduct inspection of product.
- Testing to make sure the box is good while putting the material to physical tests.
- Inspect for color and box placement of goods from the line.
- Stacking the completed box on a pallet.
- Identifying and labeling the finished product.
- Pallet jack use.
