About The Position

Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is looking for a reliable and motivated Laborer to join our production team. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of boiler tubes and related components, we pride ourselves on quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role is vital to supporting our operations by assisting with the handling of materials and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Dependability and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility.
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and providing necessary tools and materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Participate in routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Adhere to company guidelines and instructions from supervisors.
