About The Position

Under direction of Construction Manager, provide support to asphalt cutting,trenching, pipeline installation, bedding placement, compaction, traffic controland basin refurbishing activities (loading trucks and stockpile excavated soiland asphalt, effluent pipe installation, backfill, compaction, and restructuringexisting basins). The base company wage for the Laborer position is $30.00/hr.However, for this project, the Laborer position will be paid the Federalprevailing wage for work performed. It is anticipated to start work on June 8,2026.

Project Description: HDPE pipeline and basin infrastructure construction.

The base company wage for the Laborer position is $30.00 / hr.

Requirements

• Civil Construction
• No Felonies
• Clean driving record with valid license
• Dependable transportation and cell phone
• Must live within daily commute of Wantagh, New York
• Able to pass drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

• Use of hand tools
• Ability to work in team environment in safe and productive manner
• Install erosion control measures
• Clear vegetation
• Transport excess soil and asphalt to laydown area
• Place pipe bedding material
• Pipe installation
• Compaction and backfilling trench
• Flagging vehicle traffic
• Perform site restoration
