Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset
- Strong spoken communication skills
- Proven effective time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work with others, both internal and external, while representing the organizational mission and values
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs repetitively
- High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization
Responsibilities
- Unpack coolers that have been returned to us by patients to ensure that the coolers and packing supplies can be reused
- Support the Cooler Package Return Program in all areas
- Stock fridges and freezers with packing supplies and validate that it is all up to date
- Ensure general maintenance of the shipping and receiving area
- Perform some shipping/receiving tasks as required
- Support some pharmacy related tasks as required
- Unpacking and packing various shipments, including lifting heavy boxes
