About The Position

We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our team at Spartan Ram Jacks! We specialize in Foundation repair including crack injections, installing piers, and anchors as well as water management - sump pumps, GEO systems, etc.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Workers must be punctual and reliable
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material
• Following instructions from supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Starting salary is dependent on prior experience.
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
• 90-day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
