About The Position

We are currently seeking motivated Laborers to join our team and assist with various tasks on construction and excavation sites. The Laborer plays a vital role in supporting site operations by performing manual labor tasks essential to project completion. This role requires a strong work ethic, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with equipment operators and other crew members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and clearing job sites by moving materials, debris, and equipment as directed.
• Help with excavation, grading, and compaction activities under the supervision of skilled operators.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and move them to appropriate locations on the worksite.
• Ensure that materials are properly stored and organized to facilitate efficient job site operations.
• Support heavy equipment operators by providing ground assistance during equipment operation.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and teammates.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other labor-related tasks as needed to support site operations and project schedules.
• Be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads.
