About The Position

The general laborer will take on many rolls. They may be helping on the pump setter, drilling rig, and test hole rigs. They could be required to operate front end loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, tractors, straight trucks, tractor trailers and/or pickup trucks. The general laborer will help where is needed.

Requirements

Individual must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, pass MVR and Drug Screen
Exerting 25-50 pounds of force rarely; 10-20 pounds frequently.
Standing, sitting, walking, carrying, lifting/lowering, pushing/pulling, bending, twisting, climbing, crawling, stairs, reaching/handling/grasping occasionally; kneeling/crouching rarely.

Responsibilities

Assisting with removal and installation of vertical turbine pumps.
Assisting with drilling operation
Assisting with loading and unloading materials from trucks
General maintenance of equipment
General field paperwork
Communicating constantly within team and with other teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Safely operating equipment
Staying current with all required trainings and SOP's.
Meeting punctuality and attendance expectations.
