About The Position

This role involves assisting with the setup, maintenance, and execution of tasks on construction sites. The Laborer will be responsible for preparing sites, operating tools, and supporting various construction activities under the guidance of a supervisor, while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Traveling to various jobsites when needed.
• Ability handle physically demanding work, including occasional heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team player attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of construction sites, including preparing materials and tools.
• Prepare and clean up construction sites, using tools such as shovels and brooms.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Help with concrete mixing, laying foundations, framing and other tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required by site management.
