Requirements
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to bend and lift weights between 25 and 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment for all employees.
- Clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as needed.
- Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Performing general custodial and cleaning duties, including common areas and equipment maintenance.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Facility Manager.
- Report and immediately address all unsafe conditions.
