About The Position

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Able to work in an outdoor environment on a constant basis, exposed to variable weather conditions, temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises.
Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

1 year of relevant labor experience is preferred.
Experience operating equipment is a plus.
Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction activities such as shoveling, lifting, and pulling.
Perform traffic control, including guiding vehicles and equipment, and placing signs and cones for vehicle direction.
Communicate effectively with drivers, employees, and management via handheld radios and CBs.
Perform site clean-up.
Clean vehicles and equipment as needed.
Drive employees to their work stations.
Fuel vehicles and equipment.
Set up and secure wind fences and landfill coverings.
Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager as necessary.
