About The Position

The Laborer/Operations position will be responsible for ensuring Safety, Environmental, Quality and Production standards are met. This role involves operating machines to produce parts and components according to customer specifications, ensuring machines run properly and efficiently, and assembling/cutting components as required. The position also requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, keeping accurate production records, and potentially operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of industrial metal manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of basic machine operation
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to perform basic math skills
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Assemble/cut components according to specified requirements
