About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join its Operations team on a project in Mooresville, Indiana. This is a full-time, hourly position. The Laborer supports field supervision and assists with worksite preparation, safety activities, materials handling, carpentry projects, and delivery loading and unloading. The role requires construction experience and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include working outdoors, in an OSHA-compliant safety environment, and overtime or weekend hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain agile and mobile, stay alert, and stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, and work on uneven surfaces and at heights.
• Ability to read and write and to see and hear well, naturally or with correction.
• Punctuality and promptness.
• Must complete substance abuse testing and background screening as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
