About The Position

Assist with the installation and maintenance of Fiber communication systems (cell towers, antennas, cables, and ground equipment). Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Operate company vehicles, including CDL-class trucks, in a safe and compliant manner. Support crews with ground operations (site prep, cleanup, etc.). Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, trenching, concrete work, and site restoration. Follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards and fall protection guidelines. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain. Travel to job sites as required (may include overnight stays).

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL- A)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in telecommunications, construction, or utility work
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, bucket truck)
  • Knowledge of RF (radio frequency) equipment and cabling
  • CPR/First Aid certification
