About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks related to construction and site maintenance, requiring safe operation of tools and equipment, communication with team members, and adherence to safety procedures. The position demands the ability to work in various environments, including uneven terrain and at heights, and may involve some industrial construction experience.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain with or without tools and building materials.
Ability to safely and dexterously use hand tools.
Understanding of the safe use of different types of power and manual construction tools.
Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
Ability to break up and remove concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.
Ability to position and operate portable and submersible water pumps.
Ability to clean and sort tools, equipment, and materials.
Ability to clean work areas, parking lots, and offices.
Ability to climb vertical ladders in up to 25-30 foot sections, above/below ground elevation.
Ability to stock drinking water containers.
Ability to clean and maintain the worksite and related areas.
Experience in safe use of equipment with little supervision.
Adherence to all safety procedures.
Some industrial construction experience.

Safely operates power tools and equipment.
Breaks up and removes concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.
Positions and operates portable and submersible water pumps.
Cleans and sorts tools, equipment, and materials.
Cleans work areas, parking lots, and offices.
Climbs vertical ladders in up to 25-30 foot sections, above/below ground elevation.
Stocks drinking water containers for construction site personnel.
Cleans and maintains the worksite and related areas such as parking lots and offices.
Adheres to all safety procedures.
