About The Position

This role involves contributing to iconic construction projects worldwide. The position offers a 40-hour compressed work week with flexible scheduling options, including day shifts (Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday) and an evening shift. Compensation varies based on experience and shift, with a salary range of $21.22/hr to $29.86/hr and an evening shift premium.

Requirements

• Ability to operate an angle grinder or other hand tools.
• Demonstrate cooperation, adaptation, autonomy, manual dexterity and initiative.
• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge of best practices for loading materials in compliance with occupational health and safety principles.

Nice To Haves

• Know how to operate an overhead crane and/or know how to perform rigging operations.
• One (1) year's plant experience in the steel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist other employees in their daily tasks.
• Manipulate material with overhead cranes, jib cranes or forklifts.
• Keep the working area clean.
• Clean steel pieces using production equipment.
• Safely load, solidify, balance and tie the loads in the truck.
• Apply masking on steel parts.
• Perform all related tasks.
