About The Position

HAVEN SERVICES, LLC (f/k/a KEN NEYER PLUMBING) is seeking dependable, safety-focused Laborers and Pipe Layers to support our commercial construction projects. This is a full-time position with immediate hiring opportunities and steady commercial construction work. Requirements

Construction, underground utility, excavation, or pipe-laying experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, construction materials, trench safety, and pipe installation preferred.
Ability to follow measurements, grades, layouts, and instructions accurately.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift and carry materials, work outdoors in varying conditions, and perform physically demanding duties as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of underground water, sanitary, storm, and utility piping systems.
Prepare trenches, establish proper bedding, align pipe, and assist with connections and fittings.
Measure grades and elevations and follow project layouts, plans, and jobsite instructions.
Load, unload, stage, and move pipe, tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Assist with excavation, backfilling, compaction, site cleanup, and general labor duties.
Follow trench-safety requirements, equipment procedures, jobsite rules, and company safety standards.
