About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and production equipment.
- Experience with electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase power, motors and motor controls, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.

- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and perform preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance on production equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and perform timely repairs.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Monitor production equipment through routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inspection programs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, work orders, and repair documentation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment of maintenance supplies.
- Inspect tools and equipment regularly and request replacements when necessary.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations while performing maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with production supervisors and other departments to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
