The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is seeking seasonal laborers for multiple positions in the North Region. These roles are critical for supporting high-profile events scheduled for the summer, including Tall Ships 2026, Massachusetts 250 (MA250) commemorations, FIFA World Cup Watch Parties, and other large-scale public gatherings. The primary goal of these positions is to deliver exceptional visitor experiences during these major statewide and international events. The DCR, which manages nearly half a million acres of land, aims to nurture the connection between people and the environment by protecting, promoting, and enhancing natural, cultural, and recreational resources for the well-being of all. The DCR's infrastructure connects people to and through landscapes and recreational facilities, strengthening communities and driving the economy, with staff striving for a healthier, more resilient Massachusetts where all residents and visitors feel a sense of belonging in public spaces.
