About The Position

This paid internship for students age 16+ offers a front-row seat to the dynamic career opportunities on a construction site. You’ll get hands-on exposure working with our field teams and shadowing experts in the following roles: Safety, Planning, Quality, Surveying. You’ll work alongside Holder’s field teams, contributing to essential labor needs and learning directly from seasoned industry veterans. The RISE program mirrors a professional schedule: expect a 40-hour work week that often kicks off before sunrise. Discover where you fit in the industry. You’ll shadow diverse career paths, including Field Supervision, Safety, Project Management, Virtual Design/VDC, Estimating, Quality Control, and more! Build your resume with tangible skills. You’ll complete job-relevant training through our "HolderU" library, with opportunities to earn certifications like OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid.
