Requirements

This position requires a REAL ID.
At least three (3) years of related experience.
Capability to work in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
Knowledge of and ability to work with gas-powered tools and mowers.
Good oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Perform tasks that involve repetitive bending at the waist and kneeling.

Responsibilities

Maintain grounds and landscaped areas in a clean, professional, and inspection-ready condition.
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, watering, and general landscape maintenance.
Remove litter from grounds and common areas.
Assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
Safely operate landscaping equipment and gas-powered tools.
Participate in safety and job-related training while following established safety standards and best practices at all times.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
Trim and mow grass.
Trim shrubs, hedges, and trees with appropriate tools.
Maintain fantastic professional relationships with fellow team members and those that SOAR365 serves.
