Laborer Foreman (Hourly)

We are looking for a General Foreman to join our Operations team on our project site in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position. Requirements
- 2 years of construction experience
- 1 year of team leadership experience
- Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
- Able to work side by side with the team when necessary
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks
- Maintain professionalism
- OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred
- Forklift and fall protection trained
- Mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor)
- Strong communication skills
- Time management
- Lead with integrity
- Agile/mobile
- Remain alert
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects
- Climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects
- Work on uneven surfaces/heights
- Able to read/write
- Can see & hear well either naturally or with correction
- Able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of laborers that will provide a safe/organized working environment and clean jobsite.
- Moving materials, picking up trash and debris and adapting to meet individual needs of each situation.
- Execution of assigned tasks and providing front line leadership to our laborers.
