About The Position

KBR is seeking a Laborer, Foreman for a temporary assignment located in Dona Ana, New Mexico. Projected assignment dates are September 15, 2026, through November 15, 2026 but could be subject to change. This position requires a commitment of approximately 70 hours per week and supports military dining facility operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) who have resided in the United States for at least the previous three (3) years.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, custodial services, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory, leadership, or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and overseeing daily operations in a service, maintenance, or facilities environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and quality standards applicable to shower, latrine, laundry, or similar support facilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate personnel, schedules, and resources to meet operational requirements.
  • Experience conducting inspections and maintaining operational records and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • A REAL ID is required for base access. Candidates without a REAL ID must possess a valid U.S. Passport to gain installation access.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting military installations, contingency operations, or base operations support services.
  • Familiarity with shower, latrine, laundry, custodial, or facility services operations.
  • CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct personnel supporting shower, latrine, and laundry facility operations.
  • Assign daily work activities and monitor productivity and service quality.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and mission-ready condition.
  • Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance, sanitation, and operational deficiencies.
  • Maintain inventory levels of custodial, cleaning, and operational supplies.
  • Enforce safety procedures and conduct workforce training as required.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare reports for the Site Manager.
  • Provide oversight of subcontracted personnel to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards.
