About The Position

Zilka and Company is seeking a Full-time Delivery Driver's Helper / Laborer. We are a Foodservice Company delivering to bakery-type establishments. Our Drivers need a responsible helper to work with them daily to bring goods into the accounts. Seeking a physically fit individual to work with a Driver on his Daily routes.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a Current driver's License.
• Physically Fit - Able to repetitively carry 50# cases.
• Ability to push/ pull up to 800# on a cart.
• Open Schedule starts times as early as 4:00 AM Monday through Friday.
• Can routinely climb/ disembark steps into the truck cab and the cargo body of the truck.
• Ability to read an invoice to assist in managing inventory at stops.
• Good Customer service skills.
• Pleasant appearance and demeanor.
• Resume or Work experience.
• Good contact info - Phone number required.

Nice To Haves

• Truck Liftgate Use.
• Electric Pallet Jack Experience.
• Convertible Dolly/ Cart use.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Driver daily to bring goods into accounts.
• Assist in managing inventory at stops by reading an invoice.
• Provide good customer service.
