Laborer/Flagger
About The Position
We are seeking a Laborer/Flagger to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This role involves assisting with general construction tasks, directing and controlling traffic around construction work areas, and potentially driving a company pickup truck for mobile flagging operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, and be able to report to jobs based out of Cassville, MO, with work taking place across Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment are essential. Collaboration with site supervisors and other construction staff is key to project success, along with a commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class E driver’s license required, with the ability to drive a company pickup truck
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction or related industry preferred
- Experience in traffic control or related industry preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks

- Drive a company pickup truck for mobile, fast‑paced flagging operations covering mile‑long sections of roadway
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to report to jobs based out of Cassville, MO, with work taking place across Missouri and Northwest Arkansas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
