Laborer / Field Technician
About The Position
We highly value our employees in this role and want to prove it to you. Get hired onto our Field Services team and receive a $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! This is a full-time position with the ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Overnight travel is required up to 50%, and occasional on-call availability on a rotating schedule is expected. The role involves performing various hands-on work such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance. The employee will operate a company motor vehicle to travel to and from job sites, use hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools, and provide care and light maintenance of tools and equipment. Safety is paramount, and employees must work in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license (for insurability purposes)
- Has ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules
- Gives respect to co-workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors
- Can be on time, flexible, adaptable, and professional.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred
- CDL - B Preferred
Responsibilities
