Laborer - Construction/Installations (MOBILE, AL AREA )
About The Position
This role involves performing various construction and installation tasks, primarily in the petroleum industry. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment for digging, manually installing equipment, and working with concrete (framing, pouring, mixing, finishing). The position requires traveling to job sites, which may involve overnights. Maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors is crucial for ensuring a smooth workflow. Adherence to all safe work practices and housekeeping standards, including daily job cleanup, is mandatory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties
- Work outside during all types of weather
- Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others
- Follow all company procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
- Installer certifications in the product line
- Equipment operation experience
Responsibilities

- Keep company vehicle clean and maintained
