About The Position
Rinvio is hiring Laborer / Compressor Operator candidates for full-time concrete cutting support work across Oxnard, Sylmar, and surrounding Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County areas. Lead man and apprentice openings may be available depending on experience. This role supports field crews by running compressor equipment, assisting with concrete cutting job setup, helping maintain safe and organized work areas, moving materials, and keeping production moving on active jobsites.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Concrete cutting or related construction experience
- Class A license
- Demolition experience
- Forklift certification
- Boom lift certification
- Scissor lift certification
