About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Assist in various construction and maintenance tasks. Operate hand and power tools as required. Load and unload materials and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Competency in using construction tools and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
