About The Position

As a General Laborer at Ledcor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist skilled tradespeople and project teams in completing tasks efficiently and safely. With your strong work ethic and willingness to learn, you will contribute to the overall success of the project and ensure a high standard of quality. Requirements

• Experience in the commercial construction field.
• Safety orientated with a safe work mindset.
• Detail oriented with a passion for learning the construction industry.
• Experience in the commercial construction field.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Complete general Laborer tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreman on site.
• Work closely with all crew members, and learn the construction industry standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site
• Ensure quality of work meets or exceeds expectations
• Ensure all small tools assigned to the crew are cleaned, stored and maintained properly
