About The Position

HPM is seeking a construction Laborer for our Denver, CO area projects. Prioritizing safety at all times, the Laborer will follow site rules, wear approved PPE, and participate in safety briefings and inspections. Core duties include cleaning and tidying the worksite, loading/unloading materials, assisting with measurements and temporary setups, removing debris, and supporting crews as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workflow. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience and a pathway to develop essential construction skills. We work all throughout the front range and select locations throughout Colorado, as well as key projects out of state including our secondary office in Anchorage, AK. Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen or have valid, unexpired work authorization due to federal contractor requirements for some of our project sites.
  • Must be over the age of 18 to apply.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is required, as per company standards.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, committed to achieving accurate and efficient results.
  • Deep commitment to safety, working closely with team members to prevent accidents/injuries.
  • Ensure consistent and punctual attendance, demonstrating reliability and regularity.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to both oral and written instructions, including safety protocols, equipment guidelines, and company policies.
  • Sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
  • Applicants will undergo pre-employment checks, including criminal background, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record review, as well as potential reference checks and education verifications.
