About The Position

The Laboratory Technician will perform various lab tests on wheat, flour, bran, reddog, midds, and germ using prescribed methodologies to ensure a high-quality wheat product is provided to customers according to their specifications. This role requires a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, respect, trust, and responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform mathematics.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions outlined in the laboratory testing manual.
• Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to utilize stairs.

Responsibilities
