Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or lab experience is a plus.
• Experience in a lab or food production setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of lab procedures, measurements, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, email).
• Willingness to complete necessary training and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine lab tests to monitor product quality.
• Maintain records of raw materials, production, and test results.
• Perform microbiological and chemical testing on dairy products.
• Prepare and ship lab samples for external analysis.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of lab supplies.
• Verify production reports and assist in inventory checks.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all lab activities.
• Support product development and troubleshooting when needed.
