Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required)
In lieu of degree, 2+ years of documented laboratory work experience (required)

Responsibilities

Performing functions to complete all fingerprint and sales sample analysis according to EPA, RCRA and waste analysis plan-approved methods in the laboratory.
Operating instrumentation independently and calculating, running, preparing and reporting analytical data.
Working with the facility leader, AC and/or Approvals to ensure proper testing of product code analysis is completed.
Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practices.
Preparing, compositing and logging samples, per the Waste Analysis Plan.
Performing required fingerprint and pre-approval sample analysis, per the Waste Analysis Plan and reporting according to supervisor.
Completing bench analysis for in-house processing.
Preparing and checking calibration curves for all analytical instrumentation.
Monitoring lab instrumentation for malfunction or incompatibility with samples.
Monitoring lab equipment and chemical supply inventory and placing purchase requests with supervisor.
Maintaining proper logs based on Company policies and procedures.
Coordinating the retention and disposal of lab samples and waste per Company policy.
Performing housekeeping duties per Company policy.
Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
