About The Position

Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham (GSD Horsham), a biotechnology company and member of the Eurofins Group, provides rapid test kits for regulatory agencies, academic institutions, and industrial research. The Laboratory Technician works in Horsham, Pennsylvania, supporting laboratory testing and manufacturing activities. The role includes preparing reagents, buffers, and solutions; performing ELISA testing manually and on automated machines; filling, sealing, and labeling bottles and vials; manufacturing ELISA and lateral-flow kits and microtiter plates; and purifying antibodies. The technician must comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position. Candidates within commuting distance of Horsham, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another related concentration.
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience.
• Scientific background in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
