MT/MLT/Laboratory Scientist: 40 Hours Per Week (AM)
About The Position
Franciscan Health Crawfordsville is seeking a highly reliable scientific professional to join their laboratory team. This role is responsible for specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results for waived, moderate, and high complexity tests. The individual will also participate in quality control, comply with quality assurance and management standards, and perform specimen collection as needed. Alverno is one of the largest integrated laboratory networks serving hospitals in the Midwest region, with a network of 32 hospitals and multiple physician offices.
Requirements
- MLT: Associates degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
- MT: Bachelor degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology from an accredited college or university.
- Or Bachelor degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of pertinent full-time clinical laboratory experience or training preferred.
