About The Position
Performs a variety of standardized tasks and procedures in the Pathology Department, in conjunction with associated clerical functions. Embeds Processed tissue, performs various staining techniques. Works to support the general operation of the assigned section/shift.
Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.
- Maintains a positive approach to problem solving and is flexible in meeting new challenges and supporting patient care.
