About The Position
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily technical operations of an accredited analytical testing laboratory. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all laboratory activities, including sample management, data review, and reporting. The Laboratory Manager provides direct supervision, training, and mentorship to laboratory staff, fostering a high-performance team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
